By setting up a subscription order, you can build your own bespoke
box with all your own choices from our range of meat, cheese, deli and chef
prepared meals. Or you can select one of our set, seasonal boxes which you can supplement by adding a few more choices.
All you need to do is to select your favourite items in your basket, go to checkout and simply set your order up to be delivered either every week, every 2 weeks,
or every month. You can do this in the Delivery section.

Can I build my own box or do I have to order one of your set, seasonal boxes?
Either. You can either build your own box with all your own choices from our range of meat, cheese and deli items or choose one of our set, seasonal boxes.
Can I add or delete items to my regular box myself when I wish to?

How regularly will my order be delivered?
It’s up to you. You can set the order to arrive either every 1, 2 or 4 weeks on a recurring basis.
Will I be reminded that the delivery is coming so I have time to make any changes?
Yes, you will receive an email reminder 6 days prior to your scheduled delivery date.
How do I set up my regular order?
Simply go to ‘Subscription’ and create an account, select the items you wish to receive in your order together with the frequency (every 1, 2, or 4 weeks) and you will be sent your own unique password. Or you can simply call us on 01747811077.
Can I call you to set up my regular order or do I have to do it online?
Yes, you can call us on 01747811077 at any time and we will be happy to set it up for you.
Can I cancel my order whenever I wish?
Yes, you are not tied-in so you can cancel your order at any time either from your online account or by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org or calling us on 01747811077.
However, we will need 72 hours notice prior to your next delivery date. By cancelling you will automatically cancel your regular payment and you will receive an email confirming this.
Can I pause my order whenever I wish?

If I pause my order, when can I restart it?
You can do this in 2 ways.
Either from your online account when the next available delivery from the date you wish to restart will automatically be chosen for you.

Can I change my delivery address?
Yes, you can.
Can I use a discount code for my subscription?
