Our range of grass-fed Christmas lamb and mutton is from flocks that have been purely fed on natural pastures packed with wild grasses, flowers and herbs. Reared in harmony with nature on small, family farms in Dorset, Somerset and Wiltshire, our Christmas lamb and mutton is hung on the bone for three weeks and then hand-trimmed by our master butchers to produce a lean meat with a rich, sweet flavour.
