All our butter comes from Sublime Butter and churned at Brue Valley Farm nestled in the heart of Somerset, a stone’s throw from Glastonbury Tor where the Clapp family have farmed the land since 1538. Brue Valley use methods passed down from generations to create a range of wonderful butters. Whilst many dairies have turned to more modern methods, Brue Valley churn and hand salt to create an open textured product with a real depth of flavour.
