Our calves liver is sourced from native breed cattle reared on small, family-run Dorset and Wiltshire farms that have been purely fed on lush, natural pastures. Grass-fed beef has a better ratio of Omega 3 to Omega 6, is high in antioxidants such as vitamin E and contains higher vitamin and mineral levels. Eating meat from animals that themselves have only eaten a natural diet of grass, wildflowers, clovers and legumes, rich in essential vitamins and minerals and untainted by chemicals and pesticides, makes a whole lot of sense. It’s a healthy choice to make.
Our Red Rubys, Aberdeen Angus and Dexter breeds have been allowed to reach maturity at 30 to 36 months naturally, to produce beef that has outstanding depth of taste and texture with wonderful marbling. To lock in the great flavours you expect from high-end, grass-fed beef, our meat is dry-aged for at least 28 days and prepared using the finest traditions of British craft butchery.

My partner told me about your company and we bought our first meat box last month. We both commented we've never tasted beef that good ever before. The regular mince has the right amount of fat in it to give you that flavour and the steaks are beyond anything else we've ever had even in top restaurants. Produce and customer service are both exceptional. We no longer buy our fresh meat from the supermarket or butchers because it's simply not up to the job. We grew fed up of water pumped chicken breasts and beef that had no flavour. Every month we now order what we need and waste nothing. Highly recommend the roasting joints and whole chicken. Nick and Jane clearly love and care about their produce and it shows in the service we've had.
