Our brine-cured Saddleback ham joint has been expertly prepared by our butchery team using traditional methods. Cut from the hind leg, the ham is really lean and easy to slice. Its a great thing to have in the fridge at any time of the year and can be enjoyed for breakfast, in a sandwich, or with a salad for an easy evening meal.
