Grouse have a very strong and distinctive flavour and accordingly are a British seasonal kitchen classic. Prized for their delicate, gamey and unique flavour, these birds are sourced from British shoots and are best cooked rare and served with a good, heavy red wine.
Will arrive trimmed and ready to cook.
As stock is limited due to a reduction in the number of shoots operating in the UK, this product may previously have been frozen.
Cook and eat within 4 to 5 days of delivery. Do not refreeze.
Each bird is typically 300g but weights may vary.

Choose from our wide range of grass fed meat, cheese, chef prepared meals, or pick one of our set boxes.
Select your delivery day. We deliver across the UK 5 days each week and you do not need to be in to receive your order.
So that your order arrives in tip-top condition, we prepare each order by hand so that it’s fresh, vacuum pack each item and then pack it in a temperature controlled fully recyclable chilled liner to ensure that the contents stay chilled for over 48 hours.
