Our pork and chilli sausages are hand-made from outdoor-reared Saddleback pork from small family-run farms in Dorset and Wiltshire mixed with oats, salt black pepper and herbs. We use natural casings that allow the sausage to breathe, infusing the meat to give a rich, even flavour throughout.

Our pork and chilli sausages are hand-made from outdoor-reared Saddleback pork from small family-run farms in Dorset and Wiltshire mixed with oats, salt black pepper and herbs. We use natural casings that allow the sausage to breathe, infusing the meat to give a rich, even flavour throughout. Perfect for any full English breakfast.

Ingredients

80% pork belly/shoulder, bread(Wheat), rusk(wheat), salt, fructose, dried red peppers, spices, stabiliser (E451), sunflower oil, tomato powder, preservative (E221), garlic powder, chilli powder, antioxidant (E300), flavouring.

storage

This product will have previously been frozen and will arrive in a thawed state. Not suitable for refreezing.

How it works?

Choose from our wide range of grass fed meat, cheese, chef prepared meals, or pick one of our set boxes.

Select your delivery day. We deliver across the UK 5 days each week and you do not need to be in to receive your order.

So that your order arrives in tip-top condition, we prepare each order by hand so that it’s fresh, vacuum pack each item and then pack it in a temperature controlled fully recyclable chilled liner to ensure that the contents stay chilled for over 48 hours.
