We have added orange and and cranberry to our hugely popular pork sausages ready for the Festive Season. Our sausages are hand-made from outdoor-reared Saddleback pork from small family-run farms in Dorset and Wiltshire mixed with oats, salt black pepper and herbs. We use natural casings that allow the sausage to breathe, infusing the meat to give a rich, even flavour throughout. Perfect for any Christmas lunch (or breakfast!).
