Chimmichurri is a classic yet effortlessly simple uncooked green sauce that works incredibly well with grilled and barbecued meat, particularly steak. This legendary sauce originates from Argentina, and really packs a delicious punch, a barbecue essential, but also great as a steak sauce too.
Chop all the dry ingredients as directed above, and mix in a bowl. Add the vinegar, and then the oil, adding slowly, adding only as much as you need, or a little more, until you have a good spoon-able sauce consistency. Decant into a small bowl or ramekin to accompany your barbecue or steak.
