Kimchi

Rich in probiotics, our range of Korean kimchi live ferments and European  sauerkraut follow a traditional fermentation process and are full of fibre, vitamins and minerals. Inspired by the soul food of Korea, Kimchi is popular with those looking to add layers of flavour to their dishes.

You can eat Korean kimchi just on its own, or try it with eggs, cheese, tossed in salads, as a burger topping, with steak, or with stir fries or soupy noodles. Our range of hand-made Korean kimchi and Sauerkraut are all from Muti based in Bristol, founded by our friend Matt White who is a master fermenter and hot sauce maker.
