There is a lot of variance in the feeding guides you may already have used. Our view is that you are by far the best judge of what is the right amount to feed your dog. So as to give you a guide, have a look at the table below which will set it all out for you and is based on the recommendations of the World Small Animal Veterinary Association.

Each Starter Box contains seven complete and balanced Beef Casserole packs, giving you enough food to support a gradual 14-day switch by mixing Monty’s Larder with your dog’s current food.

Choose the right box for your dog:

  • Small dog (1kg to 15kg): 7 × 400g packs
  • Medium dog (15kg to 30kg): 7 × 700g packs
  • Large dog (30kg +): 7 × 1kg packs

Our Beef Casserole is slow-cooked in a real kitchen using grass-fed West Country beef and fresh vegetables. Every recipe is expertly formulated with specialist veterinary clinical nutrition knowledge to provide complete and balanced everyday nutrition.

No cheap fillers. No artificial colours, flavours or preservatives. No grains.

Keep frozen and defrost overnight in the fridge. Serve cold or gently warmed, checking the temperature first. Once opened, keep refrigerated and use within five days.

How it works?

Choose from our wide range of grass fed meat, cheese, chef prepared meals, or pick one of our set boxes.

Select your delivery day. We deliver across the UK 6 days each week and you do not need to be in to receive your order.

So that your order arrives in tip-top condition, we prepare each order by hand so that it’s fresh, vacuum pack each item and then pack it in a temperature controlled fully recyclable chilled liner to ensure that the contents stay chilled for over 48 hours.
