Beautifully balanced in taste, Burrata, or Burratina, is a perfect blend of a soft mozarella outer casing and a creamy, buttery centre. When cut open, the creamy interior is revealed as it slowly seeps from the centre like rich cream. Mild, smooth and fresh, Burrata has a unique and delicate profile.
Rich, luscious and truly delicious, Buratta can be eaten fresh, seasoned with extra-virgin olive oil or accompanied by salad, cherry tomatoes, bread, or with smoked salmon.

Due to containing fresh cream, this product has a shelf life of approximately 10 days.

Choose from our wide range of grass fed meat, cheese, chef prepared meals, or pick one of our set boxes.
Select your delivery day. We deliver across the UK 5 days each week and you do not need to be in to receive your order.
So that your order arrives in tip-top condition, we prepare each order by hand so that it’s fresh, vacuum pack each item and then pack it in a temperature controlled fully recyclable chilled liner to ensure that the contents stay chilled for over 48 hours.
