Our chicken mince is very lean and offers a great alternative to beef, lamb or pork with lower fat content.
Our chicken is reared in small flocks of 200 to the highest standards of welfare. The chickens are never given antibiotics and are slow grown, living twice the length of a supermarket bird.
We like to use ours in stir fries, or to make chicken burgers where we add onion and breadcrumbs for body, a touch of chilli and worcestershire sauce. Try them in a brioche bun with a slice of tomatoes and all the usual relishes.

Our outdoor reared, high welfare chicken is from small specialist west country poultry producers. Slow-grown and free from any antibiotic intervention, our chickens live outdoors naturally in small flocks and for twice as long as their supermarket counterparts.
This product will have previously been frozen and is not suitable for refreezing.

Select your delivery day. We deliver across the UK 5 days each week and you do not need to be in to receive your order.
So that your order arrives in tip-top condition, we prepare each order by hand so that it’s fresh, vacuum pack each item and then pack it in a temperature controlled fully recyclable chilled liner to ensure that the contents stay chilled for over 48 hours.
