Our beef stock is made in the traditional way using grass-fed beef bones from local farms. The bones are roasted to give a rich dark colour with a real depth of flavour and distinct colour. The bones are then simmered gently with natural herbs and vegetables for eight hours to draw out the nutrients and collagen resulting in a natural gelatine that will add viscosity to your dishes.
No preservatives, thickeners or flavour enhancers are added, not even salt.
Each 500g pouch contains Water, beef bones, onion, leek, carrot, pigs trotter, tomato purée, bay leaf thyme and peppercorns.
This product will previously have been frozen and will arrived in a thawed state. Suitable to refreeze.

How it works?
Choose from our wide range of grass fed meat, cheese, chef prepared meals, or pick one of our set boxes.
Select your delivery day. We deliver across the UK 5 days each week and you do not need to be in to receive your order.
So that your order arrives in tip-top condition, we prepare each order by hand so that it’s fresh, vacuum pack each item and then pack it in a temperature controlled fully recyclable chilled liner to ensure that the contents stay chilled for over 48 hours.
