Description
Wild Venison Fillet Steaks
Our wild venison fillet steaks are naturally reared on Dorset lowlands and strictly sourced from professional stalkers who manage a combined area of 14,000 acres of rolling Dorset arable farmland, pasture and woodland.
Wild deer eat a natural diet of grass, fruits and berries, acorns, apples and chestnuts which produces venison meat that is very lean and low in saturated fat.
Our wild venison is hung on the bone for up to 10 days to let it develop a really intense flavour and then hand-prepared by our master butchers.
May contain shot.
