Our range of Christmas pork is from free-range, outdoor-reared Saddleback  pigs that have taken longer to mature and carry the essential extra fat that produces really flavoursome Christmas meat. With an abundance of taste and succulence, our Christmas pork cuts and joints will be deeper pink in colour than those intensively reared alternatives you find in supermarkets, and because our Saddleback pigs have been reared naturally and hung for longer, the skin provides the most wonderful, crispy crackling, fitting for your festive celebration.
