Our free-range Christmas turkeys, crowns and breast joints come exclusively from KellyBronze, the highly acclaimed producer of award-winning free-range turkeys. Traditionally reared with exceptional care, the birds are slow-grown to natural maturity and free to roam and forage, developing outstanding flavour and texture.

KellyBronze turkeys are around twice the age of standard intensively-reared birds, giving them the time needed to develop their distinctive depth of flavour. Each turkey is traditionally hand-plucked before being hung and dry-aged for at least seven days for exceptional tenderness and taste.

Each KellyBronze Christmas Turkey comes in a presentation box with cooking instructions and a meat thermometer.
