How Many?

Our free range chicken legs are perfect for casseroles, curries or slow-cooked pot roasts and sometimes easier than roasting a whole chicken.

All of our free range chicken comes from Beech Ridge Farm in Somerset and are raised by Chris and Hollie Dibble.

The chickens are never given antibiotics and are slow grown, living twice the length of a supermarket bird. From early morning till nightfall, they are free to explore the fields surrounding their houses, incorporating natural goodness into their diets to complement the locally grown and milled cereals they are fed.

We like to do ours as a simple and quick version of coq au vin, with shallots, garlic, bacon lardons, a few mushrooms, chicken stock and red wine. Fry off the chicken before slow cooking for up to one hour. Or, dress them in harissa paste with a little added olive oil, a few cloves of garlic, and bake for up to forty minutes.

All of our free range chicken comes from Beech Ridge Farm in Somerset farmed by Chris and Hollie Dibble.

Beech Ridge free range chickens are slow-grown and are never given antibiotics, and live twice the length of their supermarket counterparts. From early morning till nightfall, they are free to explore the fields surrounding their houses, incorporating natural goodness into their diets to complement the locally grown and milled cereals they are fed.

At night they retire to their houses for protection from the fox and a good night’s sleep.

How it works?

Choose from our wide range of grass fed meat, cheese, chef prepared meals, or pick one of our set boxes.

Select your delivery day. We deliver across the UK 5 days each week and you do not need to be in to receive your order.

So that your order arrives in tip-top condition, we prepare each order by hand so that it’s fresh, vacuum pack each item and then pack it in a temperature controlled fully recyclable chilled liner to ensure that the contents stay chilled for over 48 hours.
