Our Lamb Hot Pot is a delectable mix of grass-fed Dorset lamb and locally sourced seasonal vegetables. Prepared by our own chefs using the same grass-fed lamb from our group of sustainable farms that follow traditional, high-welfare farming practices, produced sustainably and in harmony with nature, our Lamb Hot Pot is packed full of natural roughage for a tip top digestive tract and supplemented with natural superfoods and salmon oil.

Our chef prepared meals for dogs are complete and balanced and rich in essential vitamins and minerals, grain free and untainted by growth promoters and chemicals, full of essential amino acids, Omega 3, and a high meat content.

It’s a healthy choice for you to make for your dog. Food for dogs. Not dog food.

Your meals will be sent to you frozen. All you have to do is to allow them to defrost fully before serving or pop them in the freezer to use as convenient. We would advise that you use them within 5 days of defrosting.

You can either heat them gently or serve cold. If you forget to take a meal out of the freezer, simply pop one in a bowl of warmish water and it will defrost within 10 to 15 minutes.

We founded The Dorset Meat Company to provide you with the finest, ethically reared meat sourced from small, Dorset farms.

We have now decided to do the same for your dog.

Monty’s Larder is our new range of food for dogs prepared by our own chefs using the same grass-fed, outdoor-reared meat sourced from The Dorset Meat Company’s group of family-run farms that follow traditional, high-welfare farming practices, produced sustainably and in harmony with nature.

Grass-fed lamb has a better ratio of Omega 3 to Omega 6, is high in antioxidants such as vitamin E and contains higher vitamin and mineral levels. Feeding your dog meat from animals that themselves have only eaten a natural diet of grass, wildflowers, clovers and legumes, rich in essential vitamins and minerals and untainted by chemicals and pesticides, makes a whole lot of sense.

We believe strongly that small-scale farming is better for the farmer, the animal, the local ecology, and for you, producing exceptionally tasting, ethically reared meat that you and your dog can trust completely.

How it works?

Choose from our wide range of grass fed meat, cheese, chef prepared meals, or pick one of our set boxes.

Select your delivery day. We deliver across the UK 5 days each week and you do not need to be in to receive your order.

So that your order arrives in tip-top condition, we prepare each order by hand so that it’s fresh, vacuum pack each item and then pack it in a temperature controlled fully recyclable chilled liner to ensure that the contents stay chilled for over 48 hours.
