A proper handmade pie, our Beef & Cranbourne Blue Pies are expertly made in Dorset using West Country beef, red wine and Cranbourne Blue cheese, all encased in rich, buttery pastry. Made by hand in the traditional way using carefully selected, locally sourced and sustainably produced ingredients, our pies are perfect for an easy, quick lunch or supper.
This product has previously been frozen and must be thoroughly cooked before serving.
Keep refrigerated and cook within 3 days of delivery.
Cooking Instructions:
Remove the outer packaging and place the pie on a baking tray.
Cook in a preheated oven at 180 degrees centigrade (fan assisted) for 30 minutes until piping hot throughout and fully cooked. Do not reheat.
This product is not suitable for microwave cooking.

Ingredients & Allergens

Beef 56%, beef stock 16.25%, red wine 12% ABV (SULPHUR DIOXIDE), Cranbourne Blue cheese 4.5% (MILK), bacon lardons (SULPHITES), pastry cases (WHEAT FLOUR), garlic, thyme, bay leaves, chopped tomatoes, salt.
Prepared on surfaces that may have traces of milk, egg, wheat, soya, mustard, nuts and sesame.
Storage
This product will previously have been frozen and will arrive in a thawed state. Not suitable for refreezing.

Choose from our wide range of grass fed meat, cheese, chef prepared meals, or pick one of our set boxes.
Select your delivery day. We deliver across the UK 6 days each week and you do not need to be in to receive your order.
So that your order arrives in tip-top condition, we prepare each order by hand so that it’s fresh, vacuum pack each item and then pack it in a temperature controlled fully recyclable chilled liner to ensure that the contents stay chilled for over 48 hours.
