How Many?

Our own hand made Boerewors, or farmer’s sausage, uses a traditional South African recipe of coarsely minced beef, outdoor reared pork, spices, pepper and cloves in a natural casing and presented in a spiral.

Superb on the barbecue or simply grilled in the oven or pan fried.

Handmade Grass-Fed Boerewors Sausage

Our own hand made Boerewors sausage uses grass fed beef and outdoor reared pork that comes from small, family run farms in Dorset and Wiltshire. We use natural casings that allow the sausage to breathe, infusing the meat to give a rich, even flavour throughout.

We believe strongly that small-scale farming is better for the farmer, the animal, the local ecology, and for you, producing exceptionally tasting, ethically reared meat that you can trust completely.

This product will have previously been frozen and will arrive in a thawed state. Not suitable for refreezing.

How it works?

Choose from our wide range of grass fed meat, cheese, chef prepared meals, or pick one of our set boxes.

Select your delivery day. We deliver across the UK 5 days each week and you do not need to be in to receive your order.

So that your order arrives in tip-top condition, we prepare each order by hand so that it’s fresh, vacuum pack each item and then pack it in a temperature controlled fully recyclable chilled liner to ensure that the contents stay chilled for over 48 hours.
