Kimchi 2.0 is made with round white cabbage as opposed to the more traditional Chinese leaf used in our Korean Mak-Kimchi to deliver greater crunch.
This Korean kimchi-inspired sauerkraut is packed with nutrients, low in calories and assists gut health. Rich in probiotics, our range of fermented and live Korean kimchis and sauerkrauts follow a traditional fermentation process and are full of fibre, vitamins and minerals.
Inspired by the Korean favourite, Kimchi 2.0 is popular with those looking to add layers of flavour and texture to their dishes and is delicious with anything you throw at it.
You can eat Korean kimchi just on its own, or try it with eggs, cheese, tossed in salads, as a burger topping, with steak, or with stir fries or soupy noodles. Try it atop smashed avocado on toast with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
Our range of hand-made Korean kimchis, sauerkrauts and fermented sauces and condiments are all from Muti based in Bristol and founded by our friend Matt White who is a master fermenter and hot sauce maker.

How it works?
Choose from our wide range of grass fed meat, cheese, chef prepared meals, or pick one of our set boxes.
Select your delivery day. We deliver across the UK 5 days each week and you do not need to be in to receive your order.
So that your order arrives in tip-top condition, we prepare each order by hand so that it’s fresh, vacuum pack each item and then pack it in a temperature controlled fully recyclable chilled liner to ensure that the contents stay chilled for over 48 hours.
