A traditionally cooked kettle ham is prepared in large kettles of simmering brine and cooked gently for a long period to keep the meat very moist and tender.

All our kettle cooked hams are from outdoor reared pigs that are RSPCA Assured, part of the RSPCA’s farm assurance and food labelling scheme that ensures that the highest welfare standards are followed.

It’s a great thing to have in the fridge at any time of the year and can be enjoyed for breakfast, in a sandwich, or with a salad for an easy evening meal.

Our kettle cooked honey glazed ham joints are from outdoor reared pigs that have taken longer to mature and carry the essential extra fat that produces really succulent, flavoursome meat.

You will find our free-range, hand-butchered pork will be a deeper pink in colour than the intensively reared alternatives and because our pigs have been raised naturally and hung for longer, the skin provides the most wonderful, crispy crackling. Our pork is sourced from small, local, family-run farms in Dorset and Wiltshire with the highest standards of animal welfare.

We believe strongly that small-scale farming is better for the farmer, the animal, the local ecology, and for you, producing exceptionally tasting, ethically reared meat that you can trust completely.

Choose from our wide range of grass fed meat, cheese, chef prepared meals, or pick one of our set boxes.

Select your delivery day. We deliver across the UK 5 days each week and you do not need to be in to receive your order.

So that your order arrives in tip-top condition, we prepare each order by hand so that it’s fresh, vacuum pack each item and then pack it in a temperature controlled fully recyclable chilled liner to ensure that the contents stay chilled for over 48 hours.
