Christmas Charcuterie

Our Christmas charcuterie brings together award-winning Dorset produce and exceptional Ibérico ham from Spain. Our British selection comes from our friends at The Real Cure at Hartgrove Farm, near Shaftesbury. Using locally sourced, free-range heritage-breed pork and wild Dorset deer, they produce outstanding salamis, chorizos and air-dried ham. Everything is traditionally cured, smoked or air-dried to develop its full flavour and character. A wonderful selection for festive sharing boards, parties and Christmas entertaining.
