Free-Range Pork

Our free-range, outdoor-reared pork is from pigs that have been slow-grown,  taking longer to mature and carry the essential extra fat that produces really flavoursome meat. You will find our succulent pork cuts and joints will be deeper pink in colour than those intensively reared alternatives you find in supermarkets, and because our saddleback pigs have been reared naturally and hung for longer, the skin provides the most wonderful, crispy crackling.
